The Channel of Money (21-45)

Tribal leadership and material control. The Channel of Money connects Gate 21 in the Heart Center — the gate of biting through, of the will to take control, of material power and resource management — to Gate 45 in the Throat Center, the gate of gathering together, of the king or queen, of "I have," of tribal leadership through the distribution and management of material resources. This Tribal Ego channel is the most directly material channel in the BodyGraph. Ra Uru Hu was unambiguous: this is the channel of the tribe's material leadership. Gate 21's Heart Center willpower provides the force to control; Gate 45's voice of "I have" provides the leadership function — the gathering, directing, and distributing of what the tribe possesses. Together they constitute the management authority of the tribal community.

When defined, the person has consistent willpower in the domain of material resources and a tribal leadership authority that extends to the practical management of what the community owns, produces, and uses. This is not the authority of the intellectual or the visionary — it is the authority of the one who controls the material foundation of the group's survival. Ra Uru Hu noted that Gate 45's "I have" creates the expectation of material provision: those with this channel are looked to for material leadership, for the management of group resources, for decisions about what is owned and how it is used.

The keynote is that its authority is earned through genuine demonstration of competence in material management. The not-self trap is either failing to take responsibility for the material domain when the design calls for it, or overreaching — attempting to control what has not been legitimately entrusted to one's management. The gift is a capacity for tribal material leadership that, when operating correctly, creates genuine security and prosperity for the community this channel is designed to serve.

This channel can be created electromagnetically between two people. If one person has Gate 21 defined in their design and another has Gate 45 defined (or vice versa), they complete this channel together — creating consistent The Channel of Money energy between them.
