Gate 29

Gate 29 is the Sacral's gate of commitment and deep perseverance — the capacity to say yes and to follow through with extraordinary staying power. This gate does not deliberate before committing; it responds from the gut in the moment. Ra Uru Hu described Gate 29 as carrying an almost inexhaustible reservoir of follow-through: once it commits to something correct, it can sustain that commitment through immense difficulty. Gate 29 belongs to the Collective Circuit (Abstract/Sensing sub-circuit) and carries Cyclical frequency. It forms the Channel of Discovery (29-46) with Gate 46 (Determination of the Self) in the G Center. Gate 46 carries the body's wisdom about correct placement; Gate 29 provides the Sacral perseverance to stay committed through whatever comes. Together they produce the channel of discovery: commitment to experience in the right place and time produces genuine revelation. Defined — With Gate 29 defined, the Sacral perseverance is remarkable once there has been a genuine response. The danger is over-committing through verbal agreements before checking with the Sacral — saying yes to too many things depletes the reservoir. Undefined — With Gate 29 open, the person amplifies the perseverance of others and may be swept into commitments that belong to someone else's yes. The wisdom is checking with a deeper gut sense before agreeing to sustained engagement.
