Reflection: Your Channels and Circuit Groups

Open your Human Design chart and identify your defined Channels. For each Channel: (1) What Circuit group does it belong to — Individual, Collective Logic, Collective Abstract, Tribal, or Integration? (2) What does that tell you about the purpose and audience for that energy in your life? (3) Look at your hanging Gates — are there people in your life who carry the opposing Gate? What do you notice in those relationships? (4) Where do you see the themes of your Channels playing out most consistently in your daily life and personality?
