The Channel of Awakening (10-20)

Awakening through correct behavior. The Channel of Awakening connects Gate 10 in the G Center — the gate of the behavior of the self, of treading one's own path, of the code of conduct that expresses self-love in action — to Gate 20 in the Throat Center, the gate of contemplation, of the now, of "I am," of the awareness that is most alive when fully present. This is one of the six channels of the Integration circuit — a circuit that stands entirely apart from the tribal, collective, and individual streams. Integration channels are concerned only with the survival and correct behavior of the individual self. They serve no one else's agenda and carry no collective knowledge; they express one thing: the self, correctly living.

When this channel is defined, the person has a consistent connection between their behavioral code — Gate 10's expression of self-love — and their capacity for present-moment awareness through Gate 20. Ra Uru Hu described this as a channel of awakening precisely because it is in the fully present expression of one's own behavior that true awareness becomes possible. This is not awareness as philosophy or concept — it is awareness as living: the moment-to-moment expression of who you actually are, guided by nothing but the code of the self. Those with this channel are often experienced by others as intensely present, self-contained, and quietly powerful.

The practical keynote of the 10-20 is the inseparability of correct behavior and genuine presence. Gate 10's self-love is not narcissism — it is precise alignment between how one acts and who one genuinely is. Gate 20's "in the now" quality ensures this alignment is expressed in each moment, not merely theorized. The not-self expression is performing a behavioral code that is not one's own, or being present to others at the cost of one's own truth. This channel functions as a reminder: you cannot be genuinely present to life without first being present to yourself.

This channel can be created electromagnetically between two people. If one person has Gate 10 defined in their design and another has Gate 20 defined (or vice versa), they complete this channel together — creating consistent The Channel of Awakening energy between them.
